Responsibilities
Expectations:
- Prepare bank deposits daily
- Prepare Daily Cash reports
- Reconcile Daily Cash Report to bank deposits daily
- Prints all checks and payables, or back up for Accounts Payable clerk
- Orders deposit books from the bank
- Resolve differences between Daily Cash Report and General Ledger within 30 days
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, ERP systems, Microsoft Office
- Skills in planning, organizing, exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving and decision-making
- Have effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, office managers and co-workers
- Some knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare-related accounting or finance work

$15.00 - $18.25 /hour
