What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Staff position at Mountain Shadows Support Group?
The Direct Support Staff (DSS) position provides support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities who are enrolled in the Outreach Adult Day Activity Program.
The Direct Support Staff duties include providing vocational, social and life skills development training as well as fun activities to participants. Hours are 8:30a-2:00p or 9:45a - 3:15p M-F.
Previous experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities is preferred but not required. If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity, we will train you and provide you with the skills necessary to be successful!
