Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical construction projects across various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycle activities, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning project objectives with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and expertise in diverse project management methodologies to drive successful program execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including work scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in accordance with engineering plans and specification documents provided.
- Communicate with General Contractors, Engineers, and Customers to schedule and coordinate project plans to meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct risk management activities including risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and root cause analysis to proactively address potential issues.
- Organize and submit necessary change order documentation ensuring smooth transitions during project scope adjustments and necessary field adjustments.
- Monitor project performance and mentor crews on efficient work practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management with a strong background in electrical contracting and NEC code compliance.
- Supervising experience leading diverse teams across multiple projects or programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively and present complex information clearly.
- Organizational skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency with reading and understanding engineering and architectural drawing plans.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Google search functions, technical Apps, etc.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
