Health maintenance care, including well-child exams and childhood immunizations
Routine developmental screenings
Diagnosis and treatment of common childhood illnesses
Teaching and counseling of children and their families on issues related to health
Caring for children who have acute, chronic, and critical illnesses
Conducting physical assessments
Order lab and diagnostic tests as needed and interpret results
Knowledge of growth and development
Knowledge of pediatric illnesses and their treatment
Ability to work with children and their families
Ability to set priorities and work independently
Collaboration with other health care providers
Comply with employer's schedules and administrative procedures
