What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running an asphalt screed
- Ability to consistently hold grade, crown, and mat quality
- Strong understanding of paving operations and working as part of a crew
- Dependable, punctual, and professional on the jobsite
- Willingness to grow with the company and adapt as we expand
