Qualifications
Job Requirements :
- Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
- Supervisory experience in a team leader role in a primary care setting
- Three years of work experience as a professional nurse.
- Familiarity with community resources in the medical environment
- Current driver’s license (in good standing) and reliable and insured transportation
- Current basic life support certificate
- Understanding of Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC ) program is a plus
