The Programmer/Analyst III will be a top technical expert in design and implementation of complex projects. This position will work with many different departments to determine strategic direction, collecting data and needs, planning and more. Need to have professional experience in Oracle HCM Applications or similar ERP HRIS. This position will help challenge junior members for increased performance. The Programmer/Analyst III will support functions such as HR, ORC, Payroll, Benefits, Goals, Talent, Performance Management, Compensation and BI.
Duties/Activities Required by Job
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides direction and support as a top technical expert in design and implementation of complex projects to internal customers.
- Supports the Project Phases & Project Planning process and helps set technical standards.
- Reviews technical standards and ensures that projects are on track.
- Leads/Coaches others in technical direction and use of standards. As an individual contributor, stays current with industry updates.
Educations/Experience Requirements
- B.S. in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Oracle HCM knowledge preferred or ERP HRIS
- 5-8 years' experience as a programmer/analyst preferred.
- Experienced in Full Life-Cycle Development Knowledge.
- Project management skills.
- Any Oracle Designer/Developer, SQL, PL/SQL a plus.
