Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team at our Franklin, TN office. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans, evaluating financial information, and determining the best loan options available. Daily tasks will include generating new leads, building strong client relationships, submitting loan applications, and guiding clients through the mortgage process from start to finish. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to compliance requirements are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and Loans
- Knowledge of Underwriting principles and guidelines
- Strong understanding of Finance and financial analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
- Proficient in using loan processing systems and software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree preferred
- Current NMLS license is required
