You will also be responsible for conducting quality check-in calls, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining high standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to renew their pest control service agreements, ensuring retention and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Establish strong rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and customer loyalty, encouraging repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Work closely with other customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
- Ensure all renewal agreements and customer interactions are documented according to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct quality check-in calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with current services and address any issues, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-up on pending renewal agreements and addressing customer inquiries or concerns efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pest control services, offerings, and promotions to provide accurate information and value propositions to customers.
- Document and track customer feedback, renewal status, and satisfaction levels to assist in improving overall service offerings and sales strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role (preferably in a service-based industry).
- Experience with Pestroutes (CRM) software, NICE (telephony system), and other similar communication tools, preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with using CRM software and other customer management tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating customer loyalty.
- Office-based Position in Irving Location - No remote options
