Job Title : Administrative Services Assistant
Job Description:
· Manage and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
· Makes travel arrangements; keeps expense accounts; orders office supplies as needed. Operates standard office machines and equipment as necessary.
· Acts as liaison between offices, departmental staff and agencies.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
