Retail Salesperson at MOZZAFIATO JEWELERS INC

Mozzafiato Jewelers Inc in Downey, CA is looking for one Jewelry Sales Associate to join our person team. We are located on 217 Stonewood St Ste B13. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibility:

• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
• Advise customers by providing information on products.
• Process payments by totaling purchases, process checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Use judgment to solve customer problems.

Job Requirements:

Successful candidates for the Jewelry Sales Associate role should have the ability and desire to actively engage customers, sell merchandise, and provide excellent customer service.

Additional requirements of the Jewelry Sales Associate include:

• Prior retail and/or selling experience in Fine Jewelry. (Minimum 1 year)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic math skills.
• Ability to learn selling skills and to operate a POS register.
• Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends.

• Bilingual.
• 21 years old
