MPA Services is looking for Full-Time, 2nd shift (34-40 hours per week) Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist people with developmental disabilities in their homes and community. A DSP serves as a caregiver and performs tasks according to their plan. DSP's must have a strong work ethic, demonstrate professionalism, and work well with clients and staff. The 2 ladies in this home need hands on care and assistance with their ADLs. There is a hoyer system in the home to assist and ensure safety.
We are also currently hiring Full-Time, 3rd shift (34-40 hours per week) Direct Support Professional providing caregiving tasks. Employees are paid to sleep during the overnight hours!
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with general care
- Help with medications
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Help with money management
- Assist with daily living skills
- Transport individuals (mileage reimbursement for all miles)
- Assist with meal prep and planning
