What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director/Assistant Director position at MPPA Family Childcare Center Inc?
We are interested in highly motivated, mature, detail-oriented, hardworking, and passionate Director/Asst. Directors to love on our children, operate in excellence, and guide our centers through comprehensive management and oversight of all aspects of our centers, including quality rated procedures, health and safety, enrollment and staffing, teacher support, training and retention.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Ability to supervise, train, perform, and assist with all essential functions for various positions within the center, including Team Lead, teacher, food service, and bus driver.
-Train and assist with general cleaning of classrooms (i.e. toys, cubbies, shelves, toilets, sinks, etc.)
-Supervise, train and assist in teacher management with setting expectations, motivating, and teacher retention.
-Train and assist with teachers to bring the curriculum to life, constantly refreshing and implementing new techniques to enhance the learning environment.
-Handling forecasting, licensing requirements, quality-rated procedures and marketing initiatives to ensure efficient and effective center operations.
-Creating and maintaining a safe and enjoyable culture in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
