HVAC Duct / Vent Cleaning Manager

The Position:
HVAC Technician/Manager (HVAC Duct / Vent Cleaning, Repairing and Sanitizing) for residential and commercial customers.
The primary role of the manager is to manage crews and perform or direct hands on work for HVAC air duct cleaning, coils, blowers, dryer vent cleaning projects and sanitization of air flow systems.
Salary:
Salary is negotiable based on level of experience. Additional bonus and or commission are negotiable

Responsibilities will include:
- Provide strong leadership to the teams to ensure a successful, safe, timely completion of the project.
- Manage the execution of the projects, meeting the customer expectations, company service and profitability goals.
- Completing thorough cleaning of supply vents, return vents, trunk lines, furnaces, and dryer vents. This will include doing the hands-on work as well with your teams.
- Set up and operate negative air machine, fogger sanitation equipment and other associated equipment i.e., cameras, etc for duct and vent cleaning.
- Communicate with others to cooperatively work together.
- Review daily work executed by team and provide feedback to improve safety and performance of the teams.
- Manage and use of on-line (iPad) documentation on projects.
- Responsible for ensuring all safety measures are enforced on jobsite.
- Must be able to handle stress and job demands.

Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge/experience/qualification in HVAC (Universal EPA Certification) Construction, Service industries and Air Duct and Vent treatment are preferred.
- Industry certifications a plus (i.e., IICRC, NADCA, OSHA, etc.) is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time ,8-hour shift, however overtime may be needed to complete assigned jobs, Monday to Friday.
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: 2-5 years HVAC or equivalent
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Essential)
- HVAC Universal EPA Certification (Essential)
- NADCA Certification (Preferred)
- IICRC Certification (Preferred)
Salary : $20 - $25
