Our appliance repair company is looking for a skilled Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing our team of technicians and ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring that all repairs are completed to a high standard, and that our technicians are providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of technicians
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
- Maintain inventory levels of repair parts and supplies
- Create and maintain work schedules for technicians
- Train and develop technicians to ensure they are up to date with industry standards and best practices
- Report regularly to senior management on service performance
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a management role in the appliance repair industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of repair techniques and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
