What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Improvement Remodeling Maintenance Technician position at Mr. Handyman of N.E. Austin and Georgetown?
We provide a wide range of services including carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, floors, and much more.
Starting pay is $23.00 per hour. We provide a company van and pay the taxes, insurance, fuel, etc. We provide uniforms. All technicians must provide their own tools to accomplish any type of job.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in residential or commercial maintenance and repair
- Must have your own tools. Ladders and consumable materials are provided by the company.
- Excellent communication skills, able to fill out customer invoices and able to collect on site.
- Comfortable working at heights and able to handle a 28' extension ladder independently
- Valid Texas drivers license and good driving record; able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Live in the North Austin metro area (Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, Austin, Georgetown, etc.)
