Highly “Skilled” Craftsman and Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical, Plumbing and General Home Repair needed. Work 90% independently with benefits. We have office staff that handles paperwork to ensure you work in a family atmosphere.
Specific Responsibilities / Job Requirements
- Performs general carpentry, drywall, maintenance type projects, including minor electrical and plumbing repairs in residential and commercial properties.
- Majority of work being small to medium maintenance jobs/small to midsized home improvement projects.
- Strong working knowledge (10 years ) and (multi-skill) background desired. Must have / own ‘day to day’ tools of the trade.
- Self-driven / highly motivated person who presents their self professionally with confidence and strives to produce only quality workmanship.
- Deliver a consistent remarkable / better customer experience.
- Clearly communicates estimates, pricing, scope of work and manages expectations with the customer.
- Leaves the customer feeling value in the work completed and open doors to future service.
