Waiter/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with care.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the Aloha POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food preparation.
• Uphold restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or fine dining settings, is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and menu items.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.23 - $24.37 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
