A long standing plumbing company in Elk Grove Village that services over a million population is seeking a highly motivated , responsible , timely , authoritative and especially organized individual for the role of Operations Manager .
You will assist the owner in guiding the operations of different departments , reporting daily to the owner and overseeing any and all operations level projects and protocols .
You will work hand in hand with the office operations manager to ensure the team as a whole reaches the company's monthly as well as yearly goals.
You must project a clean appearance, be able to hold others accountable, be EXCELLENT with communication and put in hours as needed .
This job requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a manager role, in any field.
Willing to train in the plumbing field, plumbing experience not needed.
Job is salary plus bonus. Actively interviewing .
