As the CSR Supervisor of our company and it subsidieries, you will lead a team of office staff in creating a positive experience for our customers over the phone. You will also be responsible for helping our employees grow and are expected to get the most out of each of them. Our business model has many moving parts. As the CSR Supervisor / Lead, you will be responsible for the proper gathering of information from customers and work hand in hand with our dispatching team.
As the CSR Supervisor / Lead, you will lead a group of Customer Service Professionals in their execution of customer service delivery, education, communication, and building cheerleader customers, while ensuring team safety and accomplishing targeted financial results.
