Plumbing Service Field Manager
Mr. Rooter Plumbing is a family owned plumbing service company that has operated in the Twin Cities since 1994. Our business is growing and we are presently in need of a Field Manager to help lead a team of Service Plumbers. We are searching for a leader with strong residential plumbing service experience who is interested in training and leading a team in our proven low-pressure service process.
Responsibilities:
- Train Service Professionals in areas of technical plumbing skills as well as in all areas of the Mr. Rooter System of service delivery.
- Provides total leadership, coaching, technical and customer service support, as well as oversight to trainees and assigned Service Professionals.
- Conducts Field Manager Team (FMT) group meetings and training, as needed.
- Ensures that his FMT always maintain clean, neat vehicles and portray a clean, well-groomed professional appearance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience
- Preferred Journeyman or Master Licensed Plumber
- Valid Driver's License with clean record
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
