As a Customer Service Representative on the Mr. Rooter team, a typical day for you will include:

• Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls.
• Book service appointments whenever possible
• Accurate data entry of service calls and related information.
• Managing lead sourcing and commercial work orders through email.
• Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, and other methods.

• Driven to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Enjoy working as a team while being able to handle situations on your own as well.

Education & Experience:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1 years of customer service/call center experience

Competitive Pay: Starting pay at $18 per hour

Schedule / in-office requirements: We are looking for several people to cover day, weekend, and evening shifts. As early as 7am and as late as 10pm.
