Our client who is a privately held $2.5 Billion Company is looking for a Group CFO.
The Group CFO is responsible for overseeing all financial functions of assigned subsidiary company. These functions include, but are not limited to budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, revenue collection, and financial reporting to parent company. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership, the ability to effectively communicate to both corporate finance business partners and operational business leaders, with the ability to perform with accuracy and integrity while working on tight deadlines.

Essential Functions/Tasks
- Monthly and weekly financial reporting that highlight key business metrics and financial standing
- Support the strategic planning process, annual planning process, and forecast
Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
- 8 years of financial analysis/accounting experience (1 years of managerial experience preferred)
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (Masters is a plus)
- Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
Salary : $245,000 - $275,000
