We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our firm’s day-to-day human resources and payroll functions. This is a junior-level role focused on payroll administration, employee support, and maintaining accurate HR records. Qualifications
? 2–4 years of HR, administrative, or payroll support experience preferred
? Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills
? High level of discretion when handling confidential information
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS experience is a plus
? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary Range: $50,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
?? Payroll & Timekeeping Support (Primary Focus)
- Assist with payroll processing and audits to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Track employee time, PTO, and leave balances
- Respond to employee payroll and timekeeping questions
- Maintain payroll-related records and documentation
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR and payroll questions
- Provide courteous, timely support to attorneys and staff
- Assist with employee communications and internal HR forms
- Assist with benefits open enrollment
- Assist with performance reviews
- Post job postings, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews along with Firm Administrator
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system access, and orientation support
- Assist with employee offboarding tasks and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files (digital and physical)
- Assist with I-9 completion
- Maintain HR records in compliance with firm policies and applicable regulations
- Support updates to HR forms, procedures, and internal tracking tools
- Assist with benefits administration support
- Provide general administrative support related to HR initiatives and projects
