Architect

We are currently seeking a Licensed Architect to join our team in our Albany, NY office.

Position Responsibilities

• Self-directed production lead/technical assistance on a variety of public and private projects.
• Develop projects from schematic design through construction administration phases.
• Manage/mentor junior staff production
• Communicate with and manage select client types.
• Assist the Department Manager.
• Review building codes to assure that design complies with the current code standards.
• Capable of working on multiple project types.
  
  

Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, efficient, keen to quality output and possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. They should also have excellent communication skills and a thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends.

Skills Required

Must be proficient in Revit. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, or other rendering software is a plus.

Educational / Experience Requirement

Qualified applicants should have 7 years of experience; Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited architectural school; Licensed Architect required.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level. We are an EEO Employer.*
