MRG Exams is a leading provider of Independent Medical Exams for Worker's Compensation, Disability, and the Veterans Administration. With over 20 years of experience, we are dedicated to serving the Veteran community through accurate and comprehensive assessments.
Our team is looking for a licensed psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. The successful candidate will review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and conduct comprehensive assessments in person with each Veteran. Additionally, they will complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.
The Licensed Psychologist DOES NOT make disability determinations. The U.S. Veterans Administration makes all disability determinations, in part using the findings recorded in the DBQs. This role ONLY performs Disability Assessments on Veterans. You will NOT treat, and you will NOT prescribe medication in this position.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional who can effectively communicate with Veterans and provide high-quality assessments. If you have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA Accredited program and hold an active and unrestricted Psychology license, we encourage you to apply.
