What are the responsibilities and job description for the Copy Supervisor position at MRM?
MRM is looking for a Copy Supervisor who has written for both HCPs and patients. You’ve learned copywriting is less about being clever and more about being a craftsperson and you hone your craft every day. You understand the science and the data but also the emotional impact that disease has on doctors, patients and caregivers. You understand the digital space and how to take an omnichannel approach to communication. You have a thirst for new technology and how we may bring that to bear to increase engagement and drive business.
Responsibilities
- Write copy that’s spot-on brand voice
- Brainstorm and develop strategically sound creative concepts that work across print/DM, interactive and social media
- Present work internally and to clients
- Represent the brand and agency point of view in LMR reviews ·
- Own a project from conception through completion ·
- Take direction from ACD and CD and continue to learn ·
- Play an integral role in new business pitches ·
- Collaborate with account, social media and medical editing teams ·
- Work with client medical and review teams to shepherd the ideas through approval process ·
- Prepare for and review market research
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Knowledge of, and ability to, reference and annotate
- 5 years relevant work experience
- Portfolio of your work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
