Personal Banker

Job Title: Personal Banker (On-Site Position), Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) Saturday rotation (8am-noon) every 5th Saturday

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a finance-related degree is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
• Prior experience in customer service

Preferred Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, business or finance major a plus
• Knowledge of banking software and regulations
• Prior banking experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Process financial transactions, account openings and account maintenance accurately and efficiently.
• Educate customers on our financial products and services.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to security and compliance protocols.
