Qualifications: Appropriate State of Maine Certification (020) General Elementary or (300) Math 7-12 and current CHRC authorization through the State of Maine Department of Education.
Description: M.S.A.D. #11 is currently seeking a team oriented, energetic, and creative educator to join the Gardiner Regional Middle School teaching staff as a Math Teacher. Knowledge of and experience with standards-based grading and technology integration is desired.
Additional Information: GRMS is continually striving to establish solid connections with students and families/guardians. During the 2022-2023 school year we will continue to work on student academic growth as well as increasing the use of data to support the academic growth of our students. At GRMS we work with MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) that has integrated SEL and Academic supports for all students. Any candidate must have solid communication skills and knowledge of academic interventions is strongly desired.
