Details : Location : Elkridge, MD Hybrid Work Schedule, 4 days per week On-site Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 6-month contract Necessary Skills Strong Microsoft Excel experience. 1 year of data entry experience. A day in the role Assist accounts payable with data entry and filing. Prepare and mail manual checks for the corporate permitting checkbook. Collection and scanning of receipts for the corporate permitting checkbook. Review documentation provided by regional permitting teams for all checkbooks. Data entry into Deltek for all regional permitting checkbooks. Follow-up on uncashed checks that are 90 days old.
