Job Title: E-tail Merchandising Associate

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

What you will DO:

• Managing online SKUs listing and update pricing
• Inventory management
• Support other project tasks related to events and site promotion, data management
• Ensuring execution of Sales and Merchandising Plans
• Assist online store sales team in all aspects of sales activities
• Respond to all inquiries and requests from internal team member in a timely and professional manner
• Expedite all sales related paperwork as well as arrangements in shipment
• Generate and prepares weekly inventory/sell-out reports
• Conduct comprehensive data research using various sources to gather relevant information.
• Evaluate and validate data accuracy, ensuring its reliability for decision-making.
• Study and analyzing competitors' business models to adapt and innovate
• Perform other job duties as manager assigns
  
  

What you will NEED:

• 1 year working experience in the Built-to-order Desktop PC Sales and/or Product Management preferred
• Online E-commerce platform (Amazon, or other online portals) experiences a plus
• Experience in online products sales
• Digitally savvy and curious, understands the dynamics of e-commerce
• Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution ability
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Self-motivated, proactive, takes initiatives to anticipate and resolve issues
• Display organizational and prioritization skills
• Maintain good attendance record and punctuality
