- Minimum 8 years of experience in machine learning with a strong focus on on-device and edge AI solutions
- Hands-on expertise with TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit, MediaPipe, and PyTorch Mobile
- Proven experience in model optimization techniques including quantization, pruning, and distillation
- Deep understanding of real-time inference, mobile ML pipelines, and neural network optimization
- Strong background in deploying and orchestrating ML models with versioning, telemetry, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with federated learning, on-device personalization, and privacy-first ML practices like differential privacy
- Experience with cloud ML platforms such as Vertex AI, SageMaker, and mobile-cloud integration
- Ability to build telemetry pipelines and manage agent-to-agent communication in distributed ML systems
