Role and Responsibilities

The essential roles and responsibilities are outlined below:

• Assist with general work activities per the direction of others to complete the activities.
• Support the mechanic, foreman, and superintendent to complete the project on time.
• Provide the best quality and productive work without constant reminders.
• Communicate with management, superintendent, and customers.
• Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be able to work a flexible schedule-days, nights, and some weekends.

• Must be able to work with various tools, follow directions and be able to read and write.

• Physical Demands: Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing. Constant standing, walking, reaching, and gripping. Must be able to talk and hear.
• Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Material Handling: frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. and constant lifting to 25 lbs., placing this position in the very heavy physical demand classification (PDC)
• Required Education: High School graduate or equivalent.

Key Requirements

• Knowledge of HVAC or Construction
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
