Dishwasher/Busser

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas by cleaning tables, chairs, and floors.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and kitchen support.
• Help set up for catering events or banquets by preparing dining areas and ensuring all necessary items are available.
• Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen and dining areas regularly to maintain a clean environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent hospitality to guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.81 - $16.87 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
