Mt. Juliet Children's Academy is now hiring an infant room teacher!
We are looking for individuals who are interested in a career with our company and someone that is passionate and dedicated to the job of working with children. We offer competitive wages, performance based raises, and a great working environment. Starting pay ranges from $14.00 - $16.00 an hour (Depending on experience)
Qualifications Include:
- 1 years experience in childcare or teaching related fields
- Experience working with infants in a childcare setting
- Passion for working with young children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Dependability and reliable transportation
- Responsibilities:
- Teach children 6 weeks - 5 years in activities designed to promote all areas of development
- Create a fun, loving, Christ centered environment for all children and families
- Abide by all TN state rules and regulations
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Communicate with parents on children's growth and progress using TN-ELDS
- Self development with continuing education annually
