POSITION SUMMARY
The Rental Shop Technician is responsible for assisting in the outfitting process of guest in need of rental skis or snowboards.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, cross-train, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to complete Salomon Binding Technician Training and Certification

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking and assigning baskets to guests
- Checking and assigning skis and snowboards
- Assisting in boot fitting and ski/ snowboard dispatch
- Greeting and assisting guests
- Providing support for the Food & Beverage department as needed
MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of the above essential duties.
- Provide information and answer questions about the resort to guests.
- Any other duties that may contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness and overall efficiency of the entire operation and all the tasks contained therein.
