MTM, Inc. is growing and hiring an Asset & Inventory Coordinator (IT Assets). This position is on-site, Monday-Friday at our Lake St. Louis office. What Will Your Job Look Like? The Asset & Inventory Control Coordinator is a member of the MTM finance department and is responsible for the complete product lifecycle of all company assets. This position acts as the central hub for the Asset and Inventory Control team members coordinating communication, resources, and prioritizing tasks as needed to support the business and inventory control processes. The Asset & Inventory Control Coordinator will perform inventory duties for company assets by coordinating with the Equipment Coordinator and Shipping & Receiving Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for the proper accounting of corporate assets, updating inventory locations and maintaining accurate records. Maintain programs associated with the requisition, distribution, storage, and control of company assets Main source of contact for communications with internal and external customers Prioritize work with Equipment Coordinator and Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support the business Responsible for the updating of assets in the inventory system and ensure that the status, location, and assigned colleague locations are current Responsible for assisting with inventory control, including equipment fixed assets, cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain a 99.9% accuracy on asset inventories Assist in company cost saving initiatives and programs that will reduce asset and inventory auditing efforts Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory Monitor delivery schedule and customer orders File claims, as necessary, when defective products are discovered Generate and track purchase orders with MTM’s inventory management system Assist with the enforcement MTM’s Asset Purchasing Policy Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency Oversee dashboards and reports of inventoried assets for management and key stakeholder Lead special projects and implementations as required by management All you need is... High school diploma or G.E.D. Experience in iterative process and technology development and project deployment 1 years’ experience in IT asset management, supply chain, accounting or procurement Even better if you have...
