Essential Job Functions
- Troubleshoot and correct injection molding problems
- Change molds and secondary equipment
- Ensure that customer quality expectations are met
- Assist team leader in directing associates
- Work mandatory overtime when necessary
- Implement process improvements
- Help maintain and improve 5S
- Meet or exceed daily scrap targets
- Knowledge of injection process
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong mechanical skills
- Leadership skills
- Self-motivated
- Willingness and ability to learn
