REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Requires current pharmacist licensure from the State of Missouri Board of Pharmacy.
Medication Therapy Services endorsement required within 12 months of hire.
Immunization certification preferred.
Previous retail experience and / or the completion of a post-graduate residency is preferred.
