Mueller Chocolate Co is a busy chocolate store in the Reading Terminal Market in downtown Philadelphia. We serve customers from all over the world and we are looking for a few part time customer service clerks who are energetic and love working with people to join our team
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Maintain stock and displays, by keeping clean, organized, and full
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Retail experience a plus
- Weekend availability a must
