MAINTENANCE (WORKING) FOREMAN
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- A Maintenance Working Foreman oversees performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment. Their duties include fixing machinery, pumps, plumbing, heating, inspecting facilities to confirm safety standards, completing work orders and scheduling repairs with the owner’s maintenance planners. Managing and overseeing the Maintenance Team, while working on specific projects or work orders as identified by the Owner’s Maintenance Planner.
- Multi-Craft abilities would include welding, millwright, shaft alignments, and knowledge of pumps.
- Will lead the Mullins maintenance site team and have a company provided service truck and responsible for coordinating the work orders issued by Owner’s Maintenance Planner.
- Will complete daily safety and project paperwork as needed and file with owner and home office.
- Will submit timesheets to home office and any other work tracking documents required.
- Will coordinate any emergency work or OT work with his Team.
- Work schedule will be 4-10s or 5–8 hour days for 40 hrs. per week. OT is possible on an as needed basis scheduled basis and required if called for emergency work.
- Will be working around chemicals and will receive site specific training.
- Respirators or PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) use occasionally needed in certain areas.
- Showers required before going home.
JOURNEYMAN MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- A Journeyman Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Foreman and is responsible for performing tasks and a wide range of repairs assignments as requested by work order.
- Repair machinery, pumps, plumbing, heating, inspecting facilities to confirm safety standards, completing work orders and preventive maintenance as scheduled.
- Multi-Craft abilities may include welding, millwright, shaft alignments, and knowledge of pumps.
- Work schedule will be 4-10s or 5–8 hour days for 40 hrs. per week. OT is possible on an as needed basis scheduled basis and required if called for emergency work.
- Will be working around chemicals and will receive site specific training.
