POSITION: Maintenance Technician
Location: District at Cape

Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders promptly.
- Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience is required.
- EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal) preferred
- Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation)
