What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make Ready Tech position at Multifamily Management, Inc.?
The MAKE-READY Associate's primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacated apartments
are thoroughly restored to "market ready" status in a timely manner and according to the
Community Manager's timetable.
Responsibilities:
Ø Inspects vacated apartments and completes checklists
Ø Lends assistance during trash-out of apartment
Ø Replaces vacancy locks
Ø Makes new keys
Ø Assists in keeping grounds clean
Ø Assists maintenance
Ø Delivers notices
Ø Inventory on supplies
Education:
· The ability to read and write at high school or equivalent level.
