Position Overview
Maintains all equipment and facilities. Performing all PM checks and procedures as scheduled. Assist with set up and change over’s.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Machine repair and die change over.
- Machine set up procedures
- Perform machining tasks, such as grinding, turning & milling
- Trouble shoot and resolve problems
- Carry out procedures of the preventative maintenance program
- Ability to safely operate all machinery
- Schedule time, material and equipment required to perform the job
- Properly use time and complete all forms as required
- Have or acquire all hands tools to perform the job
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum combination of two years experience in repair of production equipment, or machining, and/or formal training. And/or journeyman’s certification. SPC abilities
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and seal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to work without close supervision

Associate may be subject to temperature extremes for extended periods of time.
