Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing/examining patients; taking x-rays, as indicated
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, to correct the musculoskeletal system
• Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients’ difficulties and rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems
• Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care
• Provide patients with educational resources and a recommended course of treatment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to improving lives through chiropractic

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Active chiropractic license in New York (or willingness to attain one)
