Experienced Parts Counterperson

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Experienced Parts Counter Person to join our Honda dealership. The ideal candidate will assist technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts needs in a fast-paced environment. Honda experience and knowledge of CDK and Tension DMS systems are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Support technicians by accurately and promptly sourcing needed parts

Assist retail and wholesale customers at the counter and over the phone

Look up, order, and invoice parts using CDK and Tension DMS

Maintain and monitor parts inventory levels

Process returns, core credits, and warranty parts

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with clients

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in an automotive parts department

Honda parts experience preferred

Proficiency in CDK and Tension DMS systems

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Team player with a customer-first attitude

Valid driver’s license

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
