Hospitality Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily
operations of our new business networking club. The ideal candidate will be an
extroverted “people person” to accommodate member needs and facilitate relationships
during KINGMAKERS social hours. Food & beverage service experience preferred.
In addition to member relations, the Hospitality Manager will lead efforts to drive rental
revenues of high-demand KINGMAKERS amenities (below) as well as special event
rentals. The Hospitality Manager will oversee a small team of Event Coordinators who
sell and staff rental events.
In addition to event rentals, KINGMAKERS Tampa features a professionally built Media
Production Studio, Golf Simulator, Pickleball Court, and a 14 person Conference
Room. All provide commissionable revenue opportunities for the ambitious ideal
candidate.
The Hospitality Manager will lead all KINGMAKERS social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily staffing of KINGMAKERS social hours and special events (schedule below)
Manage the scheduling and booking of the rental space for events and private
parties
Respond to inbound leads and host sales tours
Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure all
needs are met
Oversee setup and breakdown of events, ensuring the space is prepared and
cleaned according to client specifications
Hire additional staff as needed (i.e. bartenders, servers, catering &
entertainment)
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or
concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment, replenishing as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
Additional Responsibilities:
Regular promotion of KINGMAKERS Tampa via social media
Work closely with marketing team to promote all rental spaces and attract new
clients
Build and manage a team of Event Coordinators to drive rental revenues
Weekly Hour Requirements: (32 total per week)
Monday – 3pm to 7pm (4)
- Until 11pm every other week (4)
Tuesday – 3pm to 7pm (4)
Wednesday – 3pm to 7pm (4)
Thursday – 3pm to 7pm (4)
- Until 11pm every other week (-)
Friday – 3pm to 8pm (5)
Saturday – Off
Sunday – Noon to 8pm (8)
Compensation:
$15 per hour plus tips & commission
Additional compensation via the below commission-based compensation plan
Commission-Based Compensation Plan:
In addition to the base salary, the Hospitality Manager will receive a commission based
on rental revenues generated from the space. The commission structure will be as
follows:
10% commission on all rental revenues up to $5,000 per week
15% commission on all rental revenues exceeding $5,000 per week

This commission structure incentivizes the Hospitality Manager to actively promote and
maximize the rental potential of the space, thereby increasing overall revenues.
