Surface preparation: Prepare surfaces and apply paint to vehicles according to established techniques and specifications.
- Paint application: Familiar with industry standards. Blend colors and apply clear coats for a quality finish.
- Quality assurance: Attention to details and committed to producing high quality work.
- Safety: Follows safety rules and regulations, and wears required personal protective equipment
- Maintenance: Maintains tools and equipment, and keeps the work area clean
- Documentation: Excellent time management and organizational skills keeping records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaboration: Assists other body shop personnel and teams in the dealership to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
- Customer service: Demonstrates commitment to customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with quality workmanship.
- Work Closely with Shop Manager/estimator and oversee technicians.
Will assist in the distribution of the parts for the cars being repaired. Including mirror matching parts and returns.
- Work on Saturdays required.
