JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE : ACCOUNTING CLERK III - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Obtains financial data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing such duties as cash receipts, making deposits, verifying accounts, recording receipts in an Accounting Software System. Responsible for multiple companies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum one year Accounting or Bookkeeping experience
Experience with computerized accounting system is REQUIRED
Excellent computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED
Excellent customer service skills
Must posses initiative to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative
Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 pounds while moving files
Must be able to read and write
Utilize desk top computer to perform job and telephone for communication wtih internal and external customers.
