Key Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices into the computerized accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate payments to vendors via checks, ACH deposits, or other methods.
- Prepare and mail 1099s and other tax documents as required.
- Reconcile vendor records with monthly statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including environmental and emergency protocols.
